Junior Architect

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for creative and innovative planning and design Considering cost effectiveness, compliant to standards, and within the given timeframe. Encodes plan from preliminary to construction detailed drawings, documents the contract, prepares the detailed design specification list according to the approved specified materials. Maintains organized filing of all construction (soft copies). Provides technical support relating to project’s design, CADs, sketch up, photoshops, renderings and other technical drawings.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• With at least 1 to 2 years of work experience

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Has knowledge in AutoCAD, sketch up, Perspective rendering programs and Photoshop is a must
• Has the ability to read and understand construction plans
• 1-year experience with design and construction is an advantage
• Creative and proactive
• Can validate site design and implementation
• Willing to do project monitoring work
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig and can start ASAP
