As an Assistant Manager at BrewDog Paddington, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will lead by example, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain our high standards. You will also be involved in training new staff, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. We are looking for someone with a passion for craft beer and a desire to grow within the company.
