People Coordinator (Operations)

We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in delivering a high quality, people focused service across Falmouth University and our partner organisations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. You will work closely with managers and staff to ensure a positive employee experience and contribute to the development of a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
