Hours: Up to 30 hours a week

Compensation: Hourly, all wages start at $13+

Requirements

– 2+ year work experience as barista / kitchen workplace
– reliable work hours / showing up on time
– communication and organizational skills
– passionate about serving the community
– experience in fast-paced multitasking environment
– positive attitude during shift hours
– ability to focus & have a "get the job done" attitude
– ability to adapt to changing circumstances
– ability to work efficiently with others
– food handlers card

Job Duties

– providing exceptional service & experience to customers
– preparing beverages using specialty equipment
– preparing small appetizers & baked goods
– creating featured beverages, social media input
– creating a healthy work environment
– maintaining a clean organized shop
