Head Brewer & Brewery Operations Manager

Adam joined the Maumee Bay Brewing Company team after serving as a shift brewer for R. Shea Brewing in Akron, Ohio.

In his role as Head Brewer & Brewery Operations Manager, Adam oversees all aspects of beverage manufacturing at Maumee Bay Brewing Company from grain to glass, including production scheduling and implementation, inventory procurement and quality assurance.

While he enjoys all parts of his job, Adam is grateful for the privilege of meeting and collaborating with other partners within the local community. “Sourcing ingredients from the neighborhood orchard or the nearby hop farm offers us a unique opportunity to showcase a little piece of Toledo, 16 oz at
