Groundskeeper/Maintenance

General Description The role of the groundskeeper/maintenance is responsible for ground maintenance and participation in construction activities. The work environment involves exposure to dirt, extreme temperatures, and requires heavy lifting or carrying of objects. Responsibilities & Duties Plant shrubs, trees, and flowers; prune trees and shrubs. Remove debris from stairs and walks, rake leaves, and mow lawn. Water trees, shrubs, and lawns and perform irrigation activities. Spray for weeds and insects using unrestricted chemicals as required.
