Urbana Cafe & Roaster is seeking a passionate and skilled Roastery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee roasting techniques and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities include managing the roasting process, ensuring consistency in flavor profiles, and maintaining equipment. The Roastery will also collaborate with the sourcing team to select high-quality green beans and participate in cupping sessions to evaluate roast profiles.
