Edinburgh - General Manager

As a General Manager at Black Sheep Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Edinburgh location. You will lead a team of passionate individuals, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee. Your role will involve managing staff, training new team members, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and product quality. You will also be responsible for financial management, including budgeting and forecasting, as well as driving sales and profitability.
