Full time Chef

Location: 26 Oldham Street, Manchester, M1 1JN
Salary: Based on experience and to be discussed at interview
Hours: Permanent, Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced chef to join our kitchen team and help us to continue the development of our breakfast, brunch and lunch time business. You must be hardworking, reliable and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Applicants should have the following qualities and experience:

Passionate about creating fantastic food and great customer service
Menu development
Team player
Ability to lead your team and liaise with front of house staff
Managing stock levels to minimise wastage and conducting regular stock checks
Maximising GP

The role comprises of approximately 40 daytime hours per week including Saturdays and Sundays.
