Head Chef

We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef must be able to lead the kitchen team in all aspects of the daily operations, including:

- Ordering
- Staff management
- Rostering
- Quality control and overseeing of all preparation
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen

The ideal candidate must:

- Be willing to work shifts
- Live in Cape Town
- Have own, reliable transport
- Have 3-5 years experience in the same or similar position
- Have contactable references
