Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the cleaning and general maintenance of park restrooms, office spaces, and other assigned indoor and outdoor areas of the park. Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with their questions or issues Clean and disinfect public and office areas on a scheduled rotating basis. Respond to emergency clean-up situations, as needed Perform maintenance and upkeep for all restroom facilities. Clean and sanitize all toilets, sinks, and counters Remove trash from all receptacles Clean and polish surfaces, windows and furniture to ensure these surfaces remain free or dirt or residue. Vacuum, mop, and/or sweep the floors, as needed Monitor and immediately escalate any damages or safety hazards to maintenance or leadership Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Maintain records of all work completed and safety inspections. Inspect equipment to ensure conformance with operational standards. Monitor and stock cleaning supplies, tools, and chemicals. All other duties assigned by leadership.
