Coffee on the Crescent is an award-winning independent specialty coffee shop in Leeds looking for a General Manager. Salary: £35,000 + 10% profit share. 40 hours per week. Responsible for customer service, team performance, and financial results.

Experience managing a coffee shop or café with financial responsibility. Proven experience leading a small team. Experience interpreting financial reports (P&L, balance sheets). Strong leadership with confidence to command respect.
