Manager, Compensation

As the Manager of Compensation, you will lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that align with Chobani's business strategy and culture. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation trends, market data, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for managing the annual compensation review process, providing guidance on salary structures, and ensuring that our compensation programs support our talent acquisition and retention strategies.
