Guest Services

Triangle Shooting Academy is looking for upbeat and welcoming individuals to join their Guest Services Team! Guest Services is tasked with greeting all members and guests upon their arrival. Additionally, GS team members are responsible for processing range cards, memberships, issuing gift cards, checking-in courses/private instruction and more. These processes involve the use of web-based apps, point-of-sale software, Microsoft Office products, etc. Basic computer skills are necessary to successfully complete these tasks. Firearm knowledge is not required. Applicants must feel comfortable learning basic firearm safety and handling firearms when necessary.
