Site Lead/AGM

Compensation Amount: 23.00 USD Hourly Job Summary: National Harbor Boathouse, managed by Guest Services, Inc., is now hiring a Site Lead for the 2026 season. The rental season runs from May through the end of September and we are open 5 days a week. This will be a full-time, hourly position. Previous managerial experience is expected for all applicants. The starting rate for this position is $23/hr. The Boathouse Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of the locations daily operations and administrative management, including direct supervision of all non-exempt and boathouse professional staff. The Boathouse Assistant Manager also serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled to cover in the absence of the General Manager and promotes the Boathouse, thereby increasing site profitability while ensuring that its customers have a high-quality experience.
