Venue Sales & Events Coordinator

The Intrepid Museum is seeking a Part-Time Visitor Services Ambassador, Box Office, who will serve as a key point of contact for guests and play an essential role in shaping the overall visitor experience. This position is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service in alignment with Museum standards by welcoming guests, actively listening to their needs, and providing clear, accurate information. The Ambassador will represent the Museum with a positive, engaging demeanor while supporting ticketing operations and contributing to a seamless visitor journey. Additionally, this role will collaborate with the Visitor Services team to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for all guests.
