As we grow, Exit 11 is in search of friendly, hard-working, dedicated and talented baristas to work at our drive-thru locations. If you have a passion for coffee, a smiling face, and a killer work ethic, you might be a perfect fit for our growing team. Our baristas make anywhere from $16-$20+/hour with hourly wage + tips and bonuses. Cash Tips are paid out daily.
