We are looking for a Head Pasta Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Italian cuisine, particularly in pasta making. Responsibilities include menu creation, staff training, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation. The Head Pasta Chef will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen inventory and collaborating with suppliers to source the best ingredients.
