**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Consultation and Design:** Engage with clients to discuss their tattoo ideas, preferences, and inspirations. Create custom tattoo designs that reflect their vision, ensuring they align with Artisan’s artistic values and standards.
- **Tattoo Execution:** Skillfully execute tattoos while adhering to industry best practices for hygiene and safety. Ensure that all equipment is sanitized and that all procedures are performed in compliance with health regulations.
- **Client Relationships:** Build rapport with clients, providing them with an exceptional experience from consultation through aftercare. Strive to create lasting relationships that foster client loyalty and repeat business.
- **Portfolio Development:** Continuously update and maintain a professional portfolio showcasing your artistic style and tattooing techniques. Participate in studio promotions and showcase your work on social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
- **Collaboration and Team Spirit:** Work collaboratively with fellow artists and staff to maintain a positive studio atmosphere. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions aimed at enhancing the overall client experience and studio operations.
- **Continuing Education:** Stay updated on the latest tattooing techniques, styles, and trends, as well as industry standards and safety practices. Engage in ongoing education and workshops to refine your skills and artistry.
