Playhood features a café, event spaces, and indoor play sessions, welcoming up to 400 visitors a day. As the Weekend Manager at Playhood, you will be the driving force behind the venue's weekend operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, providing a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all our visitors. Your responsibilities will include: Team Management: Lead, train, and support your team, ensuring a positive work environment and high levels of motivation. Schedule shifts and organize team-building activities. Guest Experience: Ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure, handling inquiries, resolving any issues, and maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction. Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations on the floor, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that Playhood stays safe, clean, and inspiring for both children and adults. Activity Coordination: Plan and supervise activities for everyone, ensuring they have a fantastic time, while keeping everything organized and on track. Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the safety of all guests and staff by overseeing safety protocols and maintaining the venue's facilities. Administration: Handle operational tasks like monitoring stock levels, managing schedules, and reporting on performance to the Operations Manager. What do we offer?
