Part-time Barista

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES will include but are not limited to:** General Store & Kitchen operations (All drinks & food) Opening/Closing Duties Customer experience Cashier and answer customer questions Food Preparation Attend employee monthly meeting Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & safety in store & kitchen **WORK SCHEDULE:** To be determined; minimum 20~30 hours/week **COMPENSATION:** $9-$15/hour plus tips DOE; must complete 3-month probation period **QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:** Bilingual preferred; must be authorized to work in the US Must be 16 years or older Weeknights and Weekend availability required Strong communication skills and excellent customer service a must Ensure standards for drink quality, customer experience, and health & safety Respond to customer comments and complaints Fast learner, team player, able to follow store procedures and policies Have good sense of responsibility, self-discipline, efficiency, and proactive Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast paced environment Able to lift 30 pounds
