Programme Officer — EYE-C Coffee Programme

The International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA) Uganda Chapter — in partnership with Café Africa Uganda (CAU) — is seeking a Programme Officer to support the implementation of the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYE-C) programme. EYE-C is a Mastercard Foundation-funded initiative aiming to empower over 300,000 young women across Uganda's coffee and agricultural value chains. The Programme Officer will coordinate programme activities, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective delivery of the IWCA Chapter's mandate within the EYE-C consortium. Duty stations span Kampala and coffee-growing districts; hybrid/remote work arrangements may be considered.
