Production Officers — EYE-C Coffee Programme

Café Africa Uganda (CAU) and the International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA) Uganda Chapter are seeking qualified Production Officers to support implementation of the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYE-C) programme. EYE-C is funded by the Mastercard Foundation and implemented by a consortium comprising aBi Development Ltd, Café Africa Uganda, and IWCA Uganda Chapter. The programme aims to empower over 300,000 young women to create and add value within Uganda's agricultural value chains — particularly in coffee — by providing them with skills, resources, and support to thrive as entrepreneurs and employees.

Production Officers will be deployed to Kampala and designated coffee-growing districts across Uganda (potentially including Northern Uganda coffee areas near Lira and West Nile). Hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered depending on role nature and candidate suitability.
