Barista

Endiro Coffee is currently accepting barista applications for its Uganda locations. Endiro Coffee is a specialty, tree-to-cup coffee company that partners with others to end child vulnerability globally through coffee and its people, related products, profits, services, and spaces. The company promotes from within, so further shift leadership and management opportunities are available for all employees. On-the-job training is provided. Endiro Coffee also values inclusivity and actively hires individuals of all abilities, including members of the deaf community, across all its stores in Uganda. A Master Barista Programme is also available for high-performing Uganda-based baristas.
