Account Manager

What You'll Do Make 40-70 outbound calls per day to new prospects and existing customers Follow our sales process for turning warm leads into enthusiastic fans Introduce Eventective to companies by bringing them sales leads Coach and advise small businesses on how to grow their business Manage prospects and customers in Salesforce CRM Attain or exceed your sales goals-and be rewarded accordingly What You've Done Bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years related experience in event sales Worked in the event / hospitality industry (weddings, parties, corporate meetings) Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment Managed sales prospects in Salesforce or similar CRM system Experience in the event industry and online advertising a plus. Organized, self-motivated, persistent and enthusiastic. Experience selling services or technology products to small businesses is a plus Skills You'll Need Able to adapt, learn and embrace new sales methods Organized, self-motivated, persistent and enthusiastic Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written Must have a passion for sales and an excellent phone presence.
