PM Cook - Mountaineer (Bluffs)

We are looking for a PM Cook to join our team at the Grande Denali Lodge & Denali Bluffs Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking meals, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met, and collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items. Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
