Head of Retail

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and commercially minded Head of Retail to lead the retail operation of our award-winning farm shop. This is a hands-on senior leadership role responsible for leading the retail operation of a multi-department food destination serving thousands of customers each week.

You will be responsible for the performance, standards and championing customer experience across all retail departments including Green Grocery, Farm Retail, Courtyard Kitchen, Deli and Alcohol whilst working very closely with the Head of Butchery and Fish. The successful candidate will understand that exceptional service is at the heart of commercial success.
