Skipper/ Eco Host

The Barista role is key to creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests at Turtle Rock Café. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality espresso coffee, serving food and beverages, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy and vibrant café environment. This role also includes maintaining a clean workspace, assisting with daily café operations, and supporting the wider hospitality team.

Experience Required

- 1-2 yrs + Barista experience (in Australia)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Minimum Requirements

- RSA
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Food Handling Certificate
