FRANCHISEE MARKETING SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to the franchisee inquiries and provide timely support on concerns relevant to BigBrew's marketing initiatives.
Design and develop marketing materials, including posters, flyers and brochures.
Assist in the franchisees' efforts to manage their social media presence and create engaging content.
Oversee the production of all BigBrew marketing collateral, both for internal and franchisee use.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
