Team Member

Applicants should have basic wine knowledge with experience in a professional bar/restaurant/kitchen environment as well as some experience working with coffee. An interest in cooking, baking and serving food would be a bonus.

At Isca we work hard to uphold the principles on which we were founded. Our principles influence our approach to food, wine and service. You should be able and willing to work and develop within these creative parameters. You should have a firm understanding of wine, food + service with the desire to work resourcefully, creatively and sustainably with the environment. An interest in natural wine, food and coffee is preferable, as is a desire to engage with customers and community to share your knowledge.

Meals on shift, staff discounts and the opportunity to learn and attend wine tastings and visits to our suppliers. We work closely as a team with a degree of autonomy and considerate responsibility. Working hours will include evenings and weekends.
