The Chocolate Café Manager position will drive, create and consistently maintain the Max customer service standards while ensuring customers receive exception and memorable service. In addition, the role is responsible for people management and engagement, sales and profit growth, operational efficiency and workplace health and safety compliance. The role is also responsible for leading and driving our Max Brenner Values.
