We’re excited to announce a fantastic new opportunity within the Highfield Coffee Social team for an Assistant Manager.

This is a great chance for someone looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the day-to-day success of our coffee shop. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll support daily operations, help lead and inspire the team, deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards across the store, and assist with stock and inventory management. Above all, you’ll help create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
