Centre Manager

We’re looking for a confident, ambitious Centre Manager to lead the team in our vibrant flexible workspace located in the heart of Harlow. You’ll be an enthusiastic and professional individual—someone who’s a strong team leader, an effective communicator, and quick to think on your feet. You don’t need previous experience in flexible workspace management (though it’s a bonus), but you do need to show exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage a varied, fast-paced workload. A background in sales or hospitality would be particularly relevant, especially if you’re used to building rapport with customers and negotiating confidently. We (and our clients) like things done properly, so you’ll have excellent attention to detail and won’t be satisfied leaving tasks half-finished.
