Café Staff

We’re looking for happy, organized individuals who enjoy taking care of people—and don’t mind shoveling snow (we get a lot of it!). You’ll be joining a great team in a magical mountain town. Preference will be given to those with fluent or strong Japanese and English language skills.

**A Few Key Requirements:**
- Must be available from at least December 10th to March 15th
- If you don’t hold a Japanese passport, you must be eligible for a Working Holiday Visa (under 30 years old)
- Applicants must be 20 years or older (legal age in Japan)
- Non-smokers only
- Preference given to bilingual candidates (English and Japanese) with hospitality experience
