Procurement Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers of raw materials (mainly for food catering and cafes)
• Determine the quantity and timing of deliveries so that items and goods delivered on time frame provided.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming par levels of demand for items/goods needed for caterings and cafes.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking and prepare costing spreadsheets.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
• Conduct market research from time-to-time and propose to Management on quality & cost saving alternatives while maintaining the quality standards of supplies
• Able to perform ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
