Bakery Staff

Toklas Bakery sits at street level at 9 Surrey Street, and is open from 8am–3.30pm, Monday-Friday and now open on Saturdays from 9am–2pm. In the morning, we serve croissants, pain au chocolat and cardamom buns, followed by sandwiches, strecci, soup and salad at lunchtime. Sweet options include basque cheesecake, cookies and other treats. Coffee is from the excellent Assembly roasters in Brixton. Our sourdough breads are available to purchase.
