Head Housekeeper

As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Head Housekeeper plays a highly visible and influential role in shaping the experience of every guest who walks through our doors. Drawing on strong experience in leading housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas, you will drive the evolution, development, and delivery of our housekeeping brand standards.

Working in close partnership with the Hotel Manager and Operations Manager, you will lead the implementation and consistent execution of our housekeeping strategy across the entire guest journey.

About you:

- An experienced Assistant Head Housekeeper or Head Housekeeper with strong understanding of Health & Safety and housekeeping best practice.
- Comfortable with setting goals and achieving targets
- Exceptionally organised with strong time-management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for presentation.
- Able to lead, coach, and inspire a guest-centric team culture.
- Comfortable analysing data and translating strategy into practical action.
- Driven by quality, efficiency, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
