Sous Chef

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Dukes' Palace Hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-end kitchen environment, a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to lead a team. Responsibilities include menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen inventory. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
