Production

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our production team at North Pole Coffee Roasting Company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include roasting coffee beans, packaging products, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in coffee production or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
