Customer Service Specialist

Job Duties: As the first point of contact for visitors, you’ll help create a positive and welcoming experience at the Triangle Aquatic Center. Responsibilities include greeting patrons, managing entry, answering phone and front desk inquiries, supporting program registration, and responding appropriately in emergencies. Ideal candidates must communicate clearly, have computer skills, be adept at problem-solving, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers and community. Shifts Available: Varied shifts; including holidays, weekends and evenings up to 30 hr/wk. Hiring Range: $12.00-$14.00/hour
