Sassafras is a boutique at The Old Mill offering fashion, jewelry, and gifts. We’re looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and oversee day-to-day operations.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead the team and daily operations
- Drive sales and manage performance
- Manage inventory and maintain store standards
- Maintain strong store presentation and overall visual standards
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and social content

**What you bring**
- Retail leadership experience
- Strong people and communication skills
- Eye for detail and store presentation

**Full-time, including weekends**
