Bakehouse Team Member & Barista

Galena Bakehouse is looking for a reliable Baker/Prep Cook to join our team. This position is 20-30 hours a week with the option to work day shifts or 2nd or 3rd shift (4pm-11pm, 10pm-6am). Schedule and days of week are flexible depending on availability, though some weekend hours will be required. Galena Bakehouse is a craft grab-and-go bakery featuring house made pastries, empanadas, and gourmet coffee beverages. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: making various doughs and batters, shaping pastries, filling empanadas, making and prepping salads and fruit, cooking savory empanada fillings and more. Commercial kitchen experience in a restaurant is preferred. The best applicant is someone with a great attitude, who thrives in a fast paced environment, is creative, and loves being in the kitchen! Candidates must be able to lift 25 lbs, and be on your feet for your entire shift. Pay is based on experience.
