The Director of Financial Planning, Analysis (FP&A) and Reporting is a senior leadership role responsible for elevating the financial intelligence of the organization. Serving as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, the Director will own enterprise-wide FP&A and financial reporting, drive high-quality decision-making, and lead a culture of data-driven accountability. This role sits within a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization where financial rigor directly enables program impact and organizational sustainability.
