Director of Retail

The Director of Retail is responsible for overseeing the retail operations of The Dalí Museum, ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing sales. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing merchandising strategies, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for art. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 5+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for art and culture.
