Chef

The Wardrobe Café Bar & Jazz Club is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our busy kitchen team. We serve modern British pub food six days a week in a vibrant and creative venue. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will support the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Preparation, service, and closedown of the kitchen
- Maintaining excellent hygiene standards and ensuring full compliance with health & safety and legal requirements
- Contributing creative ideas to new menus and supper clubs
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused
- Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team as required
**About You**

- Proven experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Creative, motivated, and able to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Entitled to one full weekend off every month
