Position: Server Company: Café Alfresco Salary Range: $15.00 – $25.00 including tips Summary: Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age. Take direct orders from guest in a friendly manner, record orders accurately into register system. Respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional manner. Attempt to limit problems related to customers’ excessive drinking by following established procedures, process transactions using the POS system. Process customer payments. Customer service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, able to handle a fast-paced work environment, dependable, honest and have integrity. Responsible for plating desserts. Qualifications: High School Diploma, minimum age requirement of 18 years old to serve drinks. Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 30 pounds in weight.
