Barista

As a Grind Coffeehouse Barista, you’ll set the standards for excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll be in an elevated coffeehouse environment where you’ll have the ability to master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends and meet new people every day. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to learn quickly Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed Have strong interpersonal skills and build relationships Ability to raise, lower and carry objects up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout a day Ability to stand in an upright position and walk more than three consecutive steps for extended periods of time Ability to stoop and climb occasionally throughout a day Ability to perform hands on activities constantly throughout a day Shift Hours Monday - Wednesday 6:30-12, 8-12, 11-3 Thursday - Friday 6:30-11, 7-3, 8-12, 8-3, 11-4, Saturday 6:30-12, 7-11, 8:30-3, 9-4 Sunday 6:30-12, 7-3, 8:30-3 Available Positions BARISTA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, and shop safety and security. Build rapport with our customers, by discovering and satisfying their needs Prepare high quality food and beverages to meet the customers standards Available to perform many different tasks within the shop during each shift.
