WAITER / WAITRESS

Main Functions and Responsibilities: Getting orders, opening account and ensuring timely service; Communicate with guests, create a pleasant and positive environment for them; Offer to the menu, informing about existing dishes and drinks; Be attentive to the guest and verify the additional order as required. Knowledge of the menu; Protecting hygienic standards; Work in restaurant program, refine orders and prepare report; To receive order and money; Maintain cleanliness and order of work space; Permanent communication with the guest, taking care of his satisfaction.
