Shift Leader

Provide customer service and assist customers with their queries. Ensure proper sales and accounting for money and orders. Ensure equipment is well maintained and report maintenance problems to the Store Manager. Adhere to all food service/loss prevention procedures as per the company’s guidelines. Assist with the preparation of operation-related reports. Support the Store Manager whenever required. Able to work rotating shifts.
