Cafe Supervisor (Coffee Shop Supervisor)

Oversee the cafe's daily operations as part of the overall coffee shop supervisor duties and responsibilities. Train new workers on how to make the range of coffee drinks. Show employees how to properly start, use and clean the coffee-making equipment. Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk and other ingredients). Help oversee and maintain food safety standards. Assist in adding new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks).
